American Dream
American Dream is an entertainment & retail center located in the Meadowlands Sports Complex in East Rutherford, NJ. It has an indoor theme park, water park, ski slope, & high-end luxury stores. Feel the excitement of making memories again at the newest place for indoor family entertainment.
Bridgeview Condos at Hayden Ferry Lakeside
Hayden Ferry Lakeside is a sophisticated, 43-acre master planned mixed-use project on the south shore of Tempe Town Lake in downtown Tempe, Arizona. Two office towers, two lakefront luxury condominiums, retail office lofts and a parking structure already rise above the shoreline, with blue glass and shapes reminiscent of sailing ships.
Part of the Hayden Ferry planned mixed-use project was Bridgeview Luxury Residential condos which is a 220,000-square-foot, 13-story concrete structure houses 104 luxury condominiums and a 260-car underground parking structure.
Progressive Edge Technologies was brought in by the owner/developer SunCor to manage all the fire life safety systems, smoke control systems, card access/security systems from start of design through construction phase and final testing and acceptance by the City of Tempe.
In the end, this thorough attention to quality enabled the project to achieve all quality goals, exceed all major project milestones and complete with owners satisfaction.
Arizona Biomedical Collaborative 1
The Arizona Biomedical Collaborative I (ABC) building is an integral component of the quickly expanding 15.7-acre Phoenix Biomedical Campus at Copper Square.
The four-story, 85,600-sq.-ft., cast-in-place building houses research programs for the University of Arizona, bioinformatic programs for Arizona State University, and a 32,000-sq.-ft. administrative space.
Progressive Edge Technologies staff was involved from the start of the project until completion to insure that all Fire Life Safety systems were installed as designed and per code and to meet all applicable codes.
The ABC building is located south of the City of Phoenix Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen) Headquarters and north of the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix Campus, formerly the three historic Phoenix Union High School Buildings on Van Buren Avenue.
Banner Estrella Medical Center
Sanofi-Aventis Tucson Research Facility
This 110,350-sq.-ft. pharmaceutical research facility, encompassing a mixture of chemistry and biology labs, associated support facilities and offices.
Progressive Edge Technologies staff worked with the General Contractor DPR to ensure all Fire Life Safety systems were installed per design and code requirements and tested and finalized with the Golden Ranch Fire District.
The new site is a previously underdeveloped property in the Rancho Vistoso neighborhood of Oro Valley, Arizona, with spectacular mountain views. The project achieved a LEED®-NC Gold certification by utilizing sustainable design elements and construction techniques, as well as having an emphasis on recycled construction materials. There are two levels above ground, along with a below-grade basement containing mechanical and support elements.
The Covance Research & Development Center
Progressive Edge Technologies worked with the construction team to alleviate any issues with the Fire Life Safety systems during construction along with the local Authority Having Jurisdiction to complete all testing and achieve final occupancy.
Marion Regional Medical Center
Marian Medical Center is a new 235,000-square-foot (double the existing size), $218 million tower tied in to the existing hospital. The hospital’s mission-style exterior complements neighboring areas, following the City of Santa Maria architectural theme.
Progressive Edge Technologies was involved in making sure the fire life safety systems which included Fire Alarm system, Nurse Call system, Fire Sprinkler system, Kitchen Fire Systems were installed correctly and tested properly for final review by OSPHD. We also worked through making sure the fire smoke dampers and smoke zones all were corresponding during final testing and per engineer’s requirements including all tie-ins to all shutdowns and door releases.
The Marian Medical Center features include a four-story (plus basement), 191-bed patient tower, a two-story above-grade connector to the existing hospital, neonatal intensive care (NICU), expanded emergency department, expanded critical care unit, surgical services, cardiac services (including open heart surgery), obstetrical and gynecological services, full diagnostic imaging services, including MRI and CT, cancer/oncology services, orthopedic services, pharmacy and respiratory therapy, new chapel, healing garden, and an expanded and relocated cafeteria.
Swift Aviation Group
Worked with the local authority having jurisdiction to alleviate any issues pertaining to fire protection/life safety issues. Performed all on-site evaluation of fire protection life safety systems/ AFFF Foam systems, installation and testing during pre-construction and construction phases prior to final certificate of operation.
Las Vegas Convention Center
The Las Vegas Convention Center is one of the busiest facilities in the world – a 4.6 million-square-foot facility located within a short distance of approximately 150,000 guest rooms. Operated by the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA), the center is well known among industry professionals for its versatility.
Las Vegas Courthouse
The Las Vegas Justice Court is dedicated to providing a forum for the fair, just, and timely resolution of disputes while preserving the rule of law and protecting the individual rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution and laws of the State of Nevada.
Translational Genomics Research Institute/International Genomics Consortium
The Progressive Edge Technologies team was again brought in to work with the construction team and AHJ at The International Genomics Consortium/Translational Genomics Research Institute (IGC/TGen) Headquarters in downtown Phoenix to alleviate any issues concerning the Fire Life Safety systems.
Progressive Edge Technologies staff was involved from the start of the project until completion to insure that all Fire Life Safety systems were installed as designed and per code and to meet all applicable codes, along with completed OA testing of the Fire Life Safety system for the final AHJ signoff.
At completion the 170,000-sq.-ft. six-story, state-of-the-art bioscience research facility provided administrative and research laboratory spaces for the two user organizations plus two future tenants. The IGC/TGen organizations plan and conduct cutting-edge biomedical research that furthers recent achievements in mapping the human genome in order to target treatment and develop cures for cancer, diabetes, and other diseases.
UNM Sandoval Regional Medical Center
Progressive Edge Technologies was brought in to overseeing the Fire Life Safety systems during construction at the UNM Sandoval Regional Medical Center and UNM Medical Group Office Building which are on 60 acres of the Rio Rancho Campus of the University of New Mexico West.
This included responsibility for fire alarm for the campus, nurse call systems, the fire sprinkler/pre-actions systems, the kitchen fire systems and tie-ins to all shutdowns and door releases.
The 182,500-square-foot hospital will include teaching, clinical, patient, and support space for inpatient and outpatient hospital services, as well as registration, admissions, cafeteria, dmedical records, etc. The hospital is designed to offer emergency, lab, radiology, anesthesia, surgical, ICU, OB, medical oncology, and newborn services.
Hayden Ferry Lakeside

Progressive Edge Technologies was brought in to manage all the fire life safety systems, smoke control systems, card access/security systems for the more than 5 million square feet of space in Class “A” office and plaza-level restaurant and retail space, mid-rise office towers, a full-service hotel, and luxury residential condominiums.
The planned bridge-to-bridge development fronts a mile-long expanse of Tempe Town Lake shoreline on Rio Salado Parkway between the bridges at Mill Avenue and Rural Road.
The Bravern
Designed to inspire innovation and enhance productivity, The Bravern Office Commons book-ends the east and west corners of The Bravern, Schnitzer West’s award-winning 1.6 million square foot, multi-use project at the gateway to downtown Bellevue. Fully leased to software powerhouse Microsoft, the two state-of-the-art office towers total 755,000 square feet over 32 floors and are connected by gracious outdoor plazas and a retail village.
Progressive Edge Technologies staff worked with the Schnitzer West’s team and the contractors from the start of this project until completion to insure that all Fire Life Safety systems in all buildings were installed as designed and per code and to meet all applicable codes, along with completed OA testing of the Fire Life Safety system for the final AHJ signoff.
Phoenix Coyotes Arena
Review and code analysis for entire project; Worked with the local authority having jurisdiction to alleviate any issues pertaining to fire protection/life safety issues. Performed all on-site evaluation of fire protection life safety systems/ smoke control systems, installation and testing during pre-construction and construction phases prior to final certificate of operation.
